What happens to your information.
Using the planner collects nothing that identifies you
No name, no number, no email. If you never request an introduction, we never hold anything that points at you.
You give us contact details only to request an introduction
Name, phone and email, plus what you told us about the project and which municipality the home is in.
Three separate permissions, recorded separately
Receiving a summary of your plan, hearing from us occasionally, and being introduced to a professional are three different things. Each has its own tick box, none is preselected, and we record which you gave and when.
One professional receives it, and only after you agree
We record which professional, and when. They receive your name, contact details, municipality and project. They do not receive your budget.
You can have it erased
Ask us and we erase your name, phone number and email. We keep the fact that an enquiry happened, without anything that identifies you, because that is how the business is accounted for.
How this is paid for
Said plainly.
A contractor pays us for the introduction. That is how it is free for you, and it is the only way we are paid. What they pay for is the single introduction you asked us to make.
Your details are not listed anywhere, not offered to anybody who has not been matched to your project, and not passed on a second time. We do not pass them to more than one professional. We do not preselect a marketing consent. We do not treat saving a plan as permission to contact you.
