How we’re paid.
Participating contractors pay us for homeowner introductions. The service is free for homeowners. We consider contractors in our network, rather than every contractor in the area.
Your decision
Your project remains your decision.
The contractor discusses the work, provides their own quote, and is responsible for the renovation. You decide whether to hire them. The optional planner is yours to use whether or not you request an introduction.
