We check for a suitable match.
We review your request against participating contractors’ service areas and project types. If there’s no suitable match, we’ll tell you.
You talk directly with the contractor.
If matched, the contractor contacts you to discuss the work and any next steps. They provide their own quote; you decide whether to hire them.
After the introduction
What happens after an introduction.
The contractor contacts you directly to discuss your project. They may suggest a site visit before quoting. You choose whether to continue.
Who pays
Free to use.
There is no homeowner fee for the planner or an introduction. Participating contractors pay Renovation Ally. Any renovation agreement and payment are between you and the contractor.
Explore first if you want to.
Use the optional planner to collect ideas and print a plan for yourself. You can use it without providing contact details.
